Helping You Achieve Your Dreams!

Casting New Lives

. . . Helping You Achieve Your Dreams

Casting New Lives is an entertainment management company. We can book talent, and publicize events; we can even promote and distribute CD’s to radio stations for airplay.  In our 30 year history we have worked with some of the greatest talents in our business; Amy Grant, Vince Gill, Gordon Goodwin’s Big Phat Band, Tom Jones, Kenny Rogers, Maynard Ferguson, Arturo Sandoval, Cheryl Bentyne, as well as authors, speakers, and political activists.  Casting New Lives is “one stop shopping” for all of your career or venue enhancement needs. Our mission is to further cultivate the entertainment field with both new and established talent that would reflect longevity in our clients’ career. We have recently relocated to the Greater Dallas, Texas area but our entertainment roots and many of our contacts are still in Southern California.

Casting New Lives (CNL) was founded by Robert Lowe and Brinka Rauh. From our offices in Dallas, Texas we are able to service the entertainment needs of our clients anywhere in the United States and overseas. We provide confidential, personalized service for all of our clients and make ourselves available to them via several different avenues. As our client, when you call into Casting New Lives you will always speak with someone who is directly familiar with you. Because of our vast connections in the entertainment business, when you speak with us, you speak with many. When you work with us you will find that we are do-ers not just talkers as many are in this business. We pride ourselves in these differences from other organizations in this field. As event entertainment producers, promoters and publicists, our blended strengths provide the key to the success of our clients’ endeavors.

As management we will market you in the most cost effective ways possible and we will advise you on what we feel are appropriate career moves to help you attain your goals. No matter what capacity of our organization meets your needs, we will give it 100% of our efforts. We do not sit back and wait for the phone to ring, we actively pursue and continuously pursue opportunities for our clients. As publicists, we will handle your press releases; brand you in every way and keep your name visible in the eyes of the public. We utilize several different media outlets and the latest social media marketing techniques as well as procuring interviews with the press when appropriate. When a client’s project requires a more intense campaign, we are able to pair them with one of our ‘tried and true’ publicists that best suit the needs of their specific project. One of our “go to” publicists (but not limited to) is Harlan Boll (BHBPR). Harlan is an independent publicist, specializing in literary, personality, theatre, event and non-profit PR.  While we can not offer any career enhancement guarantees, we can promise to do our best.

Rob Lowe is an accomplished musician in his own right. Over the years he has toured with many well known musicians and has promoted and booked many “A” list talent acts for a variety of events. In his 30 plus years in the entertainment business, Rob has produced and promoted events from large festivals to small lecture series.

Casting New Lives, LLC, is very excited to announce that we have expanded our management team to include Alan Mercer and Dr. Thomas Stone as our new “in house” booking agents.  We couldn’t be more excited that Alan and Tom have graciously accepted our offer to be part of our team.

Alan Mercer, Casting New Lives, booking agent, photographerAlan Mercer has been involved with portraits for over 30 years; first as a painter and sketch artist endorsed by Andy Warhol. Then in 1997, Alan decided to concentrate on celebrity photography, and, in a move that was pretty cutting edge at the time, launched his web site in the hopes that he would be discovered. It worked. Oscar winning director, James Moll, found Alan’s website and hired him to photograph his portrait for the DVD ‘The Last Days.’ From there, Alan was tapped for a special project to assemble and photograph Steven Spielberg and six other great directors. Since then, Alan has been called upon by the biggest names in music, film, and television.
